We work well beyond the towns with their own pages above. Across Simcoe County that includes Wasaga Beach, Innisfil, Alliston and New Tecumseth, Angus and Essa, Springwater, Oro-Medonte, Penetanguishene, Tiny and Tay.
Across Muskoka it includes the townships of Lake of Bays, Muskoka Lakes and Georgian Bay alongside the three towns.

Why the Municipality Matters More Than the Distance
Two sites forty minutes apart can sit under completely different processes. Barrie and Orillia are separated single-tier cities that approve their own work. Collingwood, Midland and Wasaga Beach are towns within Simcoe County, so planning runs between the town and the County. Muskoka is a district, with three towns and three townships under an upper tier.
On top of that sits a conservation authority, and which one depends on the watershed rather than the municipal boundary. Work near water, wetland or a slope needs their permission alongside the building permit.
None of that is interchangeable. A programme built for one municipality will be wrong for another, which is the practical reason we keep our work inside a region we know rather than following projects wherever they lead.
