How quickly will I hear back?
Quickly. If it is straightforward you will get an answer the same day, and if it needs thought you will hear that we have it and exactly when to expect a full reply.
What should I include?
The site or property address, roughly what you are trying to do, and any timeline you are working to. Drawings if you have them. For property management, the unit count and whether it is currently tenanted. If you have none of that yet, describe the idea and we will work out what is missing together.
Do you charge for a consultation?
An initial conversation about scope and feasibility costs nothing. If a project needs real investigative work before it can be priced properly, we will tell you that up front rather than absorb it quietly and load it into the number later.
