1. Pets The Landlord allows pets in the rental property with restrictions.
2. Smoking The Landlord does not allow smoking of any kind in the rental property.
3. Waterbeds The Landlord does not allow the use of waterbeds on the premises.
4. Land usage Part of the property is not included in the rent. Please reach out if you would like a diagram.
5. Utilities Utilities are not included in the rental property, however, a security camera system will be installed and will use minimal power. This cost has been discounted from the rent cost.
6. Payment plan Payment is due monthly. The first and last month's rent will be collected upon acceptance.
7. Lease term Fixed term, one year minimum.
8. PARKING: The rental property includes 2 parking spaces for the tenant's use.
